When we first decided to develop our basement we asked around for recommendations and a friend mentioned Dale. Initially we got a number of quotes from various contractors, but we both felt that Dale was the most trustworthy, honest and skilled of the bunch. Throughout the project, Dale was professional in discussing timelines, budget and material choices. He was timely in returning phone calls and emails (a rarity in this industry in these busy times). We were also very pleased with the sub-contractors Dale brought in during the project. The project was completed within the timeline and budget we had first agreed upon. Dale showed pride in his workmanship and even did a few small things for us that went above and beyond what we expected him to do.
